Hi! I’m Crystal! I am so glad you found me here. I believe in providing you with a safe space to explore new ideas and create solutions without judgment. I provide a coaching environment for you to show up authentically, gain clarity, and be empowered toward motivated change.

I use a wide variety of tools to get you where your goals are taking you. With focused training in entrepreneurial small business, I'm an iPEC Core Energy Coach, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, and COR.E Dynamics Specialist. I'm seeking a Master Certified Coach certificate with the ICF. In addition, I'm a Certified Enneagram Coach where I use the ancient wisdom of the Enneagram along with coaching theory to move my clients toward deep internal change.

My office is located at the intersection of Briley Parkway and Gallatin Pike in East Nashville, next to the Inglewood Home Depot.
